Dan Astrachan launched Bridgepoint Alliance with a mission to build a next-generation accounting and advisory platform that empowers firms to grow, evolve, and thrive. With a background in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Wharton, Dan brings a people-first approach to strategy, leadership, and value creation. Prior to founding Bridgepoint, he led new market expansion for a national healthcare services company and advised business owners on succession and exit planning. A strong believer in investing in people and communities, Dan is guided by the principle that the most enduring businesses are built on trust, shared vision, and opportunity. Originally from Connecticut, he now lives in Massachusetts with his wife, son, and daughter.
David is a founding partner of Bridgepoint Alliance and Managing Partner of CRR. He brings over 30 years of experience advising business owners on M&A transactions, growth strategies, and providing overall tax and financial thought leadership. He leads the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group, specializing in business sales, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
David is a key driver behind CRR’s partnership with Bridgepoint Alliance and is committed to investing in capabilities that enhance firm outcomes and create long-term value. At Bridgepoint, he plays a central role in shaping strategic direction, identifying and integrating new partners, and driving operational excellence across the platform.
Originally from New England, David now lives in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his family and friends.
John Rizzo is a founding member of Bridgepoint Alliance and Partner at CRR, where he leads the firm’s Accounting and Auditing department. With over 35 years of experience in public accounting, John oversees quality control and technical excellence across CRR’s attest practice. He advises clients across sectors including manufacturing, construction, entertainment, and nonprofit, helping them strengthen financial reporting and internal systems. He also provides outsourced CFO services for clients in a variety of industries.
John played a key role in CRR’s decision to join Bridgepoint Alliance—a strategic partnership designed to support the firm’s long-term growth, invest in new capabilities, and expand its impact without losing what makes CRR unique. Through this platform, John continues to deliver the trusted, hands-on service that clients have valued for decades.
A graduate of Suffolk University, John lives in Swampscott, MA with his wife and is the proud father of three daughters. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and supporting the local community.
George Neble is an Independent Board Member at Bridgepoint Alliance, bringing nearly 40 years of leadership in public accounting, corporate governance, and strategic advisory. A former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young’s Boston office, George has advised public and private companies across industries including technology, life sciences, consumer products, and manufacturing. His expertise spans SEC compliance, IPO readiness, financial reporting, and M&A transactions.
George’s board service includes public companies such as EverQuote and Intapp, as well as growth-stage and nonprofit organizations. He is widely respected for his collaborative leadership style and deep relationships within the New England business community. A CPA by training, he is a former Chair of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and currently serves on the boards of Wasabi, LumiraDx, BellXcel, and the Yawkey Foundation II.
As a member of the Bridgepoint Alliance board, George provides strategic oversight and guidance as the platform supports CRR and its partners in expanding impact, investing in new capabilities, and growing with intention. He lives in the Boston area and remains actively involved in mentoring and community leadership initiatives.
Frank Nemia is an Independent Board Member at Bridgepoint Alliance and a seasoned advisor with over 40 years of leadership in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, and IT advisory. A former senior executive at Ernst & Young (EY), Frank held roles including New England Advisory Market Leader and North American Cybersecurity Leader, where he led transformational growth and co-founded strategic alliances to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions to global clients.
Throughout his career, Frank has helped organizations across industries—including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing—strengthen their governance, risk, and technology frameworks. Following his time at EY, he led national cybersecurity and advisory practices at Blum Shapiro and CLA, bringing scalable risk solutions to the middle market.
Frank currently serves on the boards of The Aubuchon Company and North Hill Senior Living, and teaches IT and risk courses at Bentley University and Boston College. He holds an MBA from Fordham University, a BS in Accounting from Boston College, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CRISC, and CDPSE.
As a board member of Bridgepoint Alliance, Frank brings a deep understanding of operational risk, cybersecurity, and scalable growth strategies—helping the platform support CRR and its partners as they expand capabilities and elevate client service.
